I just want to get this blog up and running. I will have an array of sorts with more food recipes than your brains can handle. This is inspired by "The Mad Meat Genius", his was one of the first blogs I was deeply interested in. This weekend I will be preparing my Chili for good measures. If nobody reads this atleast one day my recipes will be out there for someone to enjoy. Food equals Happiness.

Im a cook oringally from Gonzales Louisiana who was transfered to Texas at age 13. I have always enjoyed food but with years come experience and the yearn for more. I now have a background of cajun but the influence of Texas smoke has broadened my horizons. I love my Webber 22" Kettle and it loves me back, lol. I can cook anywhere you give me heat, open fire included. I'm interested in competitions but still havent had the drive to enter but its enough to compete with my own tastebuds.
